This double album combines original single versions, compilated by Wouter Bessels, some deep cuts from their albums and recordings from their 1973 BBC in Concert performance at the London Paris Theatre.

Towards the end of their UK tour in January 1973, BBC radio broadcast a gig Focus performed on 17th January at the London Paris Theatre. Introduced by Bob Harris, the band played a selection of the aforementioned tracks in just over an hour. The stereo recording of this consert, produced and mixed by Jeff Griffin, was transmitted on Saturday 27th January 1973 on BBC 1 between 6.60 and 7.30 PM. The band was on fire, giving a very solid and much anticipated performance for a selected audience. The immaculate success of Focus' BBC In Concert broadcast led to the BBC filming both performances on 4th and 5th May 1973 at the London Rainbow Theatre - followed by the BBC broadcast of the concert film in Juky and the release of the 'At The Rainbow' live album in October.
