According to the Jan Akkerman website this special Polish edition of "It Could Happen to You" was a semi-legal issue. It contains the original album, plus "Pietons" added to side 2 (maybe the Polish even didn't know that this wasn't on the album originally, but used "The Complete Guitarist" as the master for this LP?).
The pressing itself is a very good Direct Metal Mastering pressing.
