                  <p>The domain name <b>akkernet.com</b> was used as the first Jan Akkerman web site adress. The web site was established by David Randall in 1996, but discontinued when Jan Akkerman launched his official janakkerman.com in 2000. (In fact Randall writes in detail about this in his biography 'In and out of Focus' - first published in 2003.)<br>

The domain name was released in 2006 and re-registered and included in my collection in May 2008.<br>
<br>
